Our six-step application process — from your first consultation through to a visa decision and arrival in the UK.
There are thousands of courses across hundreds of UK universities, colleges and language schools. The difficulty is rarely finding options — it is narrowing them to a shortlist that is ambitious enough to be worth having and realistic enough to actually produce offers.
We build every shortlist in three tiers: an aspirational choice, two or three well-matched choices, and a secure fallback. That structure is what stops students from either aiming too low out of caution or losing an entire intake to a set of unrealistic applications.
You will always know which stage you are at, what we are waiting on, and what happens next.
A free conversation about your academic record, budget, English level and where you want your career to go. No sales pitch — just an honest read on what is realistic.
We build a tiered shortlist based on your profile, covering location, cost of living, course content and graduate outcomes — not just league table position.
We develop your personal statement, review your CV and transcripts, chase academic references and check every document before anything is submitted.
We assess your current standing against each institution's requirement and advise whether to sit IELTS or PTE, or whether a pre-sessional course is the better route.
Conditional or unconditional, we go through each offer with you — including the conditions attached, deposit deadlines and what happens if grades fall short.
CAS issuance, maintenance funds, document formatting and interview preparation, all prepared against current UKVI requirements before submission.
Gathering these early is the difference between a smooth application and a scramble against a deadline. We will tell you exactly which apply to your case.
Research and shortlist; identify scholarships, which close earliest
Sit your English test; request references; draft your personal statement
Submit applications; UCAS equal-consideration deadlines fall in this window
Accept your offer, pay any deposit, receive your CAS, apply for the visa
Clearing is how universities fill remaining places. It runs from early July to mid-October each year, with tens of thousands of courses listed and around fifty thousand students placed through it annually.
You are eligible if you applied after 30 June, received no offers, declined all your offers, or did not meet the conditions of the offer you were holding.
We check which of your target subjects still have places, contact admissions on your behalf, and confirm whether you meet their criteria before you commit.
Places go fast, which pressures students into accepting the wrong course. We will tell you plainly when waiting for the next intake is the better decision.
